Patients contacting the practice via telephone/reception front desk or PATCHs requesting to be seen on the day for a medical reason will be added to our triage list. Once reviewed by a Clinician you will be advised of the next steps by SMS/Email/Telephone. The outcome may not require a GP appointment, though you will be offered an appointment with other healthcare professionals who are qualified and experienced that can better meet your needs.
