PATCHs is the tool you should use to contact the practice to request an appointment with a new health problem, in relation to an existing health problem, with a new administration request (such as fit note, letters, referrals etc) or anything else as an alternative to using the telephone.
You can access PATCHs from the link below or on our homepage or you can use the NHS App. You will need to register for an account to use PATCHs and once registered all you have to do is answer a few simple questions and PATCHS will get you the help you need quickly. A password is required to log in to PATCHs.

The NHS App puts you in control, with access to a range of NHS services at your fingertips. It is a quick and easy way to access your GP surgery. There are many ways the NHS App can help you manage your health online, which include:
- Contacting the surgery (you can access PATCHs via the NHS App)
- Ordering repeat prescriptions
- Viewing test results and your medical record
- Send and receive messages
- Check your symptoms and get instant advice
Using the NHS App is quick and easy and can be done on a smartphone, tablet or computer.

You can use Patient Online Services to order your repeat prescriptions, manage your appointments, check test results and check your medical records. You will need to register to use SystmOnline and once registered you can use fingerprint or facial recognition. You can access SystmOnline by clicking on the links below.

Airmid System
The practice is improving the way you can access the practice digitally. Download more information (PDF, 97KB).
Airmid is an App that helps you manage your personal health record and connects you to online servoces offered by the surgery. It allows you to contact the practice, request medications, view your results and records etc.
Note, if you have a long-term condition e.g., Asthma we intend sending an e-conditions link through Airmid, when your annual review is due. Please download Airmid in advance.
Once registered you can access the app via facial recognition.
