We offer pre-booked appointments and on the day appointments on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm. On Wednesday and Thursday, we also offer extended hours for routine appointments until 8.00pm.
When you contact the practice you will be asked a series of questions by the patient service team. More information about this care navigation.
Requesting an Appointment
To request an appointment you can:
· Submit a request via PATCHs or the NHS App
· Contact the practice via telephone or the reception front desk
All requests will be added to our triage list and will be reviewed by a Clinician. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be advised of the next steps by text message, email or telephone.
You may be offered a same day appointment or an appointment in the future, depending on the nature of your request. Your request may not require a GP appointment and you may be offered an appointment with another healthcare professional, that is best place to meet your needs.
Alternative Appointments
We may also offer you a timed appointment at the Urgent Treatment Centre (UTC) at St George’s Road, Middleton, Leeds, LS10 4UZ which are specialised in seeing patients with urgent illness (except babies under 6 weeks old or deal with pregnancy related conditions) and which cannot wait for you to see your own GP.
This service also supports patients with minor injuries including cuts, bites, sprains, bone, muscle or joint injuries. Please note that the X-Ray facilities are available until 8.30pm depending on the nature of the injury.
You may also be directed or booked into other Leeds-wide services, such as the Community Ambulatory Paediatric Service or the Adult Ambulatory Respiratory Clinic, which provide same day appointments for patients with acute respiratory problems.
